| | You can't spend all your time indoors you need to get out once in a while and if you happen to be in Kenai Peninsula Borough of Alaska, Grant Lake Trail is a great local trail for doing a bit of leg stretching. Glide down the rapids of Canyon Creek in a kayak, and if you came for an overnight stay Primrose Landing Campground is a perfect site to camp. If you come at the right time of year, Sixmile River offers some delightful whitewater, and if you're looking for a nice spree, Kenai Fjords National Park is pretty near.
