  Brookside-McCurdy Trail being so far away from the nearest city it's one of those places where hiking is great. Hiking trails are all over the Front Range where you can truly take in all the beauty of these mountains. It's a brilliant idea to visit No Name Creek, it's close to Brookside-McCurdy Trail, and if you come at the right time of year, South Platte River offers some wonderful whitewater. Brookside-McCurdy Trail gets very little rainfall; most of the rain falls through August, and January is when it's the driest.
This river is always fun.
    Get yourself into a kayak and hit South Platte River - North Fork, and Brookside-McCurdy Trail is a delightful place to camp, Lost Park Campground is a delightful place. Everybody loves Lost Park; if you're here, you could have a look at Bonis Creek.

check out all the amusing things to do in the Front Range. You'll need more than a day to look at everything Brookside-McCurdy Trail has to offer, you can camp at Tarryall Campground; a magnificent place is Wallace Gulch. You believe that's sufficient?
