Campbell Creek Trail

  A long drive separates Montrose from Campbell Creek Trail, but what a great place for hiking it is. There are many wonderful hiking trails in the Uncompahgre Plateau Mountains where you can absorb the beauty of these mountains. Colorado is a great outdoors state.
Finally, hiking time is here again, and Campbell Creek Trail in Montrose County, Colorado is a really good place to spend some time. It's always perfect to explore T-Bone Spring, and dropping by Uncompahgre
    National Forest is a great thing to do. That right there is heaps of enjoyable stuff already but it goes on, the Uncompahgre Plateau Mountains has it all. Put some time aside to spend at T-Bone Spring since you're here at Campbell
Creek Trail. Campbell Creek Trail is delightful enough to spend more than a day at, Smokehouse Campground is a delightful local campground. There are some great whitewater spots on San Miguel River; if you came to camp T Bone Spring Campground is a splendid site to do that. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Escalante Creek. Campbell Creek Trail gets very little rain. Of all the months in a year August is the one with the most rain, and the driest of the months  
is June. For the period of the summertime months, highs commonly are in the 90's at Campbell Creek Trail. When the night sets in temperatures plunge down into the 60's. Highs during the winter are usually in the 40's while Campbell Creek Trail nighttime low temperatures during the wintertime are in the 10's.
