| | Cebolla Trail is a very long way away from civilization and it sure is a nice trail. Outdoors people generally like this part of Colorado. For the period of the summertime at Cebolla Trail temperatures are ordinarily in the 70's. When the night sets in temperatures dip down into the 40's. Highs all through the winter are frequently in the 30's; night lows at Cebolla Trail during the wintertime mostly sink into the-10's. Hiking trails are all over the San Juan Mountains where beautiful scenery awaits you.

Cebolla Trail in Hinsdale County, Colorado is just what you need. If you came for an overnight stay Cebolla Campground is a tremendous spot to camp, and since you're here, you could pop by Martinez Creek. Be careful coming to the San Juan Mountains, you might not ever wanna return
| back home again. Whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then we recommend Rio Grande, and Spruce Campground is a fine campground here.
This is such a fun river. There are some delightful whitewater spots on Lake Fork Gunnison River; sites like Mineral Park are wonderful to pop by.
Cebolla Trail is pretty dried out mostly; through the month of August you get the most rain around here, and the driest month of the year is February. | |
