  As long as you like the outdoors you will like Colorado. The surroundings of this river have so much to offer. Coal Bank Trail is a place with many visitors from Montrose; some of the water close by flows, like Goddard Creek. Coal Bank Trail is a location that is pretty dehydrated ordinarily; October is when you get the most rain here while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation.
These mountains rock, just check out all the cool stuff to do in the Uncompahgre Plateau Mountains. Looking for some flowing water? Try East Bull Creek,
    and get drenched paddling on San Miguel River. Camping is available at Iron Spring Campground, and do set aside some time for Davis Basin while you're here at Coal Bank Trail. You'll have to go far from Montrose to get to Coal Bank Trail but hiking is such a fun thing to do and
this is a great place to do that.
While you're here at Coal Bank Trail it's a glorious idea to take a look at Murray Park, and camping at Antone Spring Campground is always a great experience. Time to get out and breathe some fresh air, and Coal Bank Trail in Montrose County, Colorado is the outdoors at it's best. In the Uncompahgre Plateau Mountains there are many great hiking trails where wonderful nature is waiting for you.
This is no location for people who don’t like to have fun. Through the summer months at Coal Bank Trail temperatures are
 
ordinarily in the 90's. Once the sun is down it descends down to the 50's. Highs through the wintertime are commonly in the 30's while Coal Bank Trail night low temperatures during the wintertime are in the 10's.
