Fortyseven Trail

  This part of Colorado has a great deal of available outdoors activities. We all need to get out in nature once in a while and Fortyseven Trail in Montrose County, Colorado is a perfect place for getting out. There are many wonderful hiking trails in the Uncompahgre Plateau Mountains where you can truly take in all the beauty of these mountains.
It's a long drive from Montrose to Fortyseven Trail but many people like to hike here to be close to nature. There
    are plenty of people from Nucla here at Fortyseven Trail. You'll need more than a day to explore everything Fortyseven Trail has to offer, you can camp at T Bone Spring Campground. There's whitewater on Escalante Creek for all you
thrill seekers. You without doubt should have a look at Uncompahgre National Forest if you're here at Fortyseven Trail; you can run the rapids of San Miguel River. There's so much to do here at Fortyseven Trail that you need to camp here for a while, Smokehouse Campground is a tremendous location for that. Throughout the summertime months highs here at Fortyseven Trail get into the 90's. For the period of the dark hours of summer temperatures drop down into the  
60's. Daytime highs during the winter are in the 40's, and after the sun is down through the wintertime temperatures at Fortyseven Trail plunge into the 10's. Fortyseven Trail is a location that is reasonably arid regularly. During August this area sees the most rain; the driest of the months is June.
