Fortyseven and Meadow Trail

  In the Uncompahgre Plateau Mountains you'll find lots of hiking trails where beautiful scenery awaits you. Fortyseven and Meadow Trail is not very near Montrose at all but it is a great escape from the city. You can't spend all your time indoors you need to get out once in a while and if you happen to be in Montrose County of Colorado, Fortyseven and Meadow Trail is a great local trail for doing a bit of leg stretching. As long as you like the outdoors you will
    like Colorado.
Fortyseven and Meadow Trail is splendid enough to spend more than a day at, Smokehouse Campground is a splendid local campground. During your tour to Fortyseven and Meadow Trail you'll meet some people from Nucla
for sure. If you donít have a problem getting wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Escalante Creek. If you came to camp T Bone Spring Campground is a great place to do that, and San Miguel River is a wonderful whitewater spot close by. Fortyseven and Meadow Trail is near Uncompahgre National Forest which is a lovely location. High temperatures at Fortyseven and Meadow Trail all through the warmest time of the year are in the 90's. Once the sun is  
down it descends down to the 60's. During the winter highs are in the 40's, and night lows in the 10's for Fortyseven and Meadow Trail. At Fortyseven and Meadow Trail you donít see much precipitation. August is when you get the most rain here, and June is the month with the least moisture.
