| | Hartman Trail is very far from the nearest big city and there's great natural beauty awaiting you along it. This is a really good river. A splendid site to camp here at Hartman Trail is Cimarron Campground. Not much rain falls here at Hartman Trail; October is the wettest month with most rain, and the driest month of the year is June.
A great spot for whitewater paddling near Hartman Trail is Cimarron River, and don't forget to take a magnificent little visit to Dyer Creek. During the summer at Hartman Trail temperatures are commonly in the 80's while |
night lows are commonly in the 50's. All through the wintertime this place gets highs in the 30's with winter lows in the 10's overnight here at Hartman Trail.
It's a fine idea to pop by South Crystal Creek, it's in close proximity to Hartman Trail, and camping at Mesa Creek Campground is always a brilliant experience.
