There are some splendid whitewater spots on Cache La Poudre River, and there's whitewater on Joe Wright Creek for all you adrenaline kick people. Roaring Fork Trail is very far from the nearest big city and it is a really good trail.
Now, you may believe that's lots but there's even more cool stuff to do here in the Medicine Bow Mountains. Williams Gulch is a pleasant spot to look at, and camping at Roaring Fork Trail is good fun, Big Bend Campground is a good local campground. | |
