  This part of Colorado is always a pleasure to visit during hiking season. Spending too much time indoors got you down? No problem, Storm Mountain Trail in Larimer County, Colorado is just the place. These mountains rock, just check out all the fun stuff to do in the Front Range. It's a long drive from Fort Collins-Loveland to Storm Mountain Trail but it sure is a nice trail.
In the Front Range you'll find lots of hiking trails where wonderful nature is waiting for you. There's some flowing water close by, Black Creek is a stream you can go to while
    here. You'll need more than a day to discover everything Storm Mountain Trail has to offer, you can camp at Seven Pines Campground and Cabin. At Storm Mountain Trail all through the warm months highs are in the 70's. Once the sun is down it falls down to the 40's. Daytime highs
during the winter are in the 30's, and night lows in the 0's for Storm Mountain Trail.
Miller Fork flows through this vicinity. There's so much to do here at Storm Mountain Trail that you need to camp here for a while, Park Place Camping Resort is a tremendous location for that. Don't miss out on a visit to Rocky Mountain National Park while you're here at Storm Mountain Trail; at Storm Mountain Trail you always meet someone from Fort Collins-Loveland.
