  Storm Mountain Trail is not very near Fort Collins-Loveland at all but it is a good trail. Colorado has so much to offer nature lovers. Yeah, come up here to the Front Range for a tremendous time. Rocky Mountain National Park is a nice place close to Storm Mountain Trail, and get your heart pumping on the wonderful whitewater of Big Thompson River. Storm Mountain Trail is pretty dry frequently; the month of July is the wettest with most of the rain while December is usually the driest month.
We all need to get out in nature once in a while and
    Storm Mountain Trail in Larimer County, Colorado is a good choice. Why not camp at Seven Pines Campground and Cabin if you're here at Storm Mountain Trail, and there's some flowing water nearby, Black Creek is a stream you can stop at while you're here. In the Front Range there
are many great hiking trails where you can absorb the beauty of these mountains.
Summertime highs at Storm Mountain Trail generally tend to be in the 70's. During the dark hours of summer temperatures drop down into the 40's. High temperatures through the winter are normally in the 30's, and winter nights come with lows in the 0's to Storm Mountain Trail. There's just no way somebody can get bored here at Storm Mountain Trail. A magnificent place for whitewater paddling close to Storm Mountain Trail is Big Thompson River, and during your journey here
 
you'll meet some folks from Fort Collins-Loveland for sure.
Camping at Storm Mountain Trail is nice fun, Park Place Camping Resort is a nice local campground, and a tremendous place like Galuchie Park here at Storm Mountain Trail is too delightful to miss. Be careful coming to the Front Range, you might not ever want to return back home again. Foggy Park is a pleasant place here at Storm Mountain Trail; needless to say Miller Fork flows through this region.
