  If you are in Colorado during hiking season you have to go hiking. Twin Sister Trail is not very near Fort Collins-Loveland at all but it's one of those places where hiking is great. A fine location to stop by right next door to Twin Sister Trail is Game Pass; a short visit to Lookout Springs is always worthwhile.
So much entertaining stuff near Twin Sister Trail, just extraordinary. If time allows, Rocky Mountain National Park is a national park worth visiting. Not much rain falls here at Twin Sister Trail; the month of August is the wettest with
    most of the rain, and the driest month of the year is November. Get dripping wet paddling on Saint Vrain Creek - South, and as expected Alpine Brook is a striking stream that is worth checking out.
Time to get out and breathe some fresh air, and if you happen to be in Larimer
County of Colorado, Twin Sister Trail is a great local trail for doing a bit of leg stretching. For the duration of the days of summer at Twin Sister Trail highs are commonly in the 70's. For the period of the moonlight hours it's generally in the 30's. The winter comes with highs in the 30's; after the sun is down during the winter temperatures at Twin Sister Trail plunge into the 0's. So many amusing things to do here in the Front Range, too magnificent to be true. Why not check out close by Moss Brook while you're here at Twin Sister Trail; why not camp  
at Longs Peak Campground while you're here at Twin Sister Trail.
There are many hiking trails in the Front Range where wonderful nature is waiting for you. Paddling on Saint Vrain Creek - North is so much fun, and if you came for an overnight stay Meeker Park Campground is a magnificent place to camp.
