| | In the Park Range you'll find lots of hiking trails where beautiful scenery awaits you. Not much rainfall falls here at Ute Pass Trail; of all the months in a year April is the one with the most rain, and January meanwhile is the driest month. For the period of the summer at Ute Pass Trail temperatures are ordinarily in the 70's. Once the sun is down it dips down to the 40's. Through the winter highs are in the 30's, and after the sun is down through the winter temperatures at Ute Pass Trail plunge into the 10's.

| at Ute Pass Trail that you need to camp here for a while, Helena Campground is a wonderful place for that, and get drenched paddling on North Platte River.
This river is so good. If you came to camp Lakeside Campground is a good site to do that. Ute Pass Trail being so far away from the nearest city what a great place for hiking it is. This part of Colorado is always a pleasure to visit during hiking season.
