| | Hiking here in Colorado is a must. Far from civilization you find Ute Trail and many people like to hike here to be close to nature. This river is always fun. Whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then we recommend Sweetwater Creek, and don't forget to take a great little spree to Coal Creek. A tour to Gardner Park revives the spirit; if you came for an overnight stay Stagecoach is a brilliant spot to camp.

40's. During the wintertime the highs are ordinarily in the 20's, and night lows during the wintertime for Ute Trail tend to be in the 0's. Whohoo, so many amusing things in one place! Ute Trail is unbeatable! Get your pulse rate up on the wonderful whitewater of Colorado River.
| Camping at Ute Trail is fine fun, Bucks Campground is a fine local campground, and everyone loves Moore Park. Do go to Harper Reservoir Dam if you're here at Ute Trail, and needless to say Gardner Creek is a beautiful stream that is worth stopping at. Not much rainfall falls here at Ute Trail; the wettest month of the year is ordinarily March, that's the one that snows the most; the driest month is June.
