| | Can’t wait to get out in nature, Wheeler Trail in Summit County, Colorado is a great place to go. Colorado is a good place for outdoors people. Pretty far from Silverthorne you find Wheeler Trail but it is a fun place to hike for the whole family. Wheeler Trail is wonderful enough to spend more than a day at, Gold Pan Campground is a wonderful local campground, and lots of folks from Silverthorne come here.
Around Wheeler Trail you don’t get a lot of rainfall; all through the month of July you get the most rain around here while February is the month |

with the least amount of precipitation. A good site to camp here at Wheeler Trail is Tiger Run Resort, and Tenmile Creek is a brilliant whitewater spot nearby. A journey to Spaulding Gulch is always fun, and if you don't mind getting soaked, you can always go whitewater paddling
| on Arkansas River.
At Wheeler Trail all through the summer highs are in the 70's, and throughout the night it cools down to the 40's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 20's; night lows during the winter for Wheeler Trail tend to be in the 0's. If you're here at Wheeler Trail, you could have a look at West Tenmile Creek, and Wheeler Flats is a good spot. Having a glorious time at Wheeler Trail is painless.
