Williams Peak Trail is located quite a long drive from Silverthorne but what a great place for hiking it is. Hiking trails like this one are plentyful in the Park Range where you can absorb the beauty of these mountains. You can't spend all your time indoors you need to get out once in a while and Williams Peak Trail
    in Grand County, Colorado is a great place to go.
Colorado is a great place for hikers. You'll need more than a day to look at everything Williams Peak Trail has to offer, you can camp at Davis Springs Campground. During your
trip to Williams Peak Trail you'll meet some folks from Parshall for sure. Whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then we recommend Williams Fork. Arapaho National Forest is a pleasant spot to check out; you can stay the night at Prairie Point Campground. There's whitewater on Blue River for all you thrill seekers; some nearby water includes South Fork Mule Creek. At Williams Peak Trail you donít see much precipitation. For the duration  
of the month of August you get the most rain around here; February is when it's the driest. All through the summer at Williams Peak Trail temperatures are frequently in the 80's, and throughout summer nights temperatures are in the 40's. High temperatures all through the winter are normally in the 20's with temperatures at Williams Peak Trail dipping down into the-10's throughout winter nights.
