| | Because Wyoming Trail is very far from civilization you always have a good time when you're hiking along it. Ok, you've been cooped up too long, time to get out in nature a bit and if you happen to be in Routt County of Colorado, Wyoming Trail is a great local trail for doing a bit of leg stretching. You just can't picture the amount of outdoors cool stuff the Park Range has to offer. If you came for an overnight stay Summit Lake Campground is a great place to camp; there's whitewater on Elk River for all you adrenaline junkies.

is a glorious local campground; Wolverine Basin is a great site to check out. Summertime at Wyoming Trail comes with high temperatures in the 80's while nighttime lows are regularly in the 40's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 20's, and winter nights come with lows in the-10's

Wyoming Trail gets very little precipitation; most of the snow falls all through December, and the driest month of the year is August. Hiking trails like this one are plentyful in the Park Range where beautiful scenery awaits you.
