| | Alright, enough of spending all this time inside a building, time to get out, and Zimmerman Trail in Larimer County, Colorado is a really good place to spend some time. Outdoors people generally like this part of Colorado. Many miles from the nearest city you have Zimmerman Trail and it's one of those places where hiking is great.
Coming to this river is always a good idea. There are some brilliant whitewater spots on Cache La Poudre River, and camping at Sleping Elephant Campground is always a good experience. Hiking trails like this one are plentyful |
in the Medicine Bow Mountains, it's a great hiking area. Life's too short to enjoy all the amusing stuff in the Medicine Bow Mountains. A great place to camp here at Zimmerman Trail is Big South Campground, and why not a little side tour to East Fork Sheep Creek.
