Blue Bunch Trail

  A visit to Idaho is not complete without some hiking. Pretty far from Mountain Home you find Blue Bunch Trail but hiking it is great fun any time. In the Sawtooth Range you'll find lots of hiking trails, there's no better way to enjoy these mountains. You can't spend all your time indoors you need to get out once in a while and if you happen to be in Valley County of Idaho, Blue Bunch Trail is a great local trail for doing a bit of leg stretching.
If
    you came for an overnight stay Poker Meadows Campground is a glorious place to camp; a visit to Blue Bunch Trail wouldn't be complete without taking a look at Cy Springs. So many enjoyable things in the Sawtooth Range, just astonishing.
A great place to explore right next door to Blue Bunch Trail is Bear Valley, and why not take a little tour to Fir Creek since you're here. Why not camp at Fir Creek Campground while you're here at Blue Bunch Trail. If you come at the right time of year, Salmon River - Middle Fork offers some magnificent whitewater. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Bear Valley Creek. The amount of rainfall that falls at Blue Bunch Trail is close to the national average. January  
is when you get the most snow here, and July is the month with the least moisture. For the period of the days of summer at Blue Bunch Trail highs are regularly in the 80's. Throughout the moonlight hours it's generally in the 40's. During the wintertime the highs are generally in the 30's with winter lows in the 10's overnight here at Blue Bunch Trail.
