Throughout the days of summer at Buck Mountain Trail temperatures are frequently in the 80's. For the duration of the dark hours of summer temperatures fall down into the 40's. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Kootenai; let's not forget Middle Fork Boulder Creek which is a stream that you may bump into while you're here.
