  Dead Mule Trail is in a quite desolate area and It's always fun to hike here. There are many hiking trails in the Clearwater Mountains, it's a great hiking area. Hiking here in Idaho is a must. So much exciting stuff to do here in the Clearwater Mountains, too delightful to be true. If you came to camp Washington Creek Campground is a tremendous spot to do that, and don't forget to take a great little spree to Dead Mule Creek.
Get drenched paddling on Clearwater River - North Fork; drift down the rapids of Weitas Creek in a kayak. For the duration
    of the summer here at Dead Mule Trail, high temperatures typically get into the 80's. Summer overnight lows dip down to the 40's. Through the wintertime this place gets highs in the 30's; after the sun is down all through the wintertime temperatures at Dead Mule Trail descend into
the 10's. From a rain point of view Dead Mule Trail is a quite common place; January is the wettest month with most snow, and July is when it's the driest.
