If you came for an overnight stay Crags Campground is a wonderful spot to camp, and in case you don’t mind getting covered with water, you can always go whitewater paddling on Panther Creek. There are many hiking trails in the Salmon River Mountains, it's a great hiking area. Throughout the summertime highs here at Gant Ridge Trail get into the 80's. Throughout the dark hours of summer temperatures descend down into the 40's.
