  Idaho is a good place for outdoors people. There are many wonderful hiking trails in the Clearwater Mountains, it's a great hiking area. For the period of the days of summer at Nugget Point Trail highs are frequently in the 80's with night lows in the 50's. For the duration of the winter the highs are commonly in the 30's with temperatures at Nugget Point Trail dipping down into the 20's during winter nights.
So many amusing things to do here in the Clearwater Mountains, too fine to be true. Camping at Sing Lee Campground is always a tremendous
    experience; a quick visit to Donkey Creek is absolutely a great idea. Nugget Point Trail is quite far from the nearest urban center and when you hike it you're always having a good time. The yearly rainfall here at Nugget Point Trail is about average; throughout January this area
sees the most snow, and July on the other hand is the driest.
Nugget Point Trail is delightful enough to spend more than a day at, Red Horse Campground is a delightful local campground, and if you come at the right time of year, Selway River offers some fine whitewater. Whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then we recommend Clearwater River - South Fork. Ok, you've been cooped up too long, time to get out in nature a bit and Nugget Point Trail in Idaho County, Idaho is such a great place.
