  Idaho is a good place for outdoors people. Hiking trails are all over the Salmon River Mountains where beautiful scenery awaits you. This river is always fun. Recompense Trail is in the vicinity of Hidden Lake Dam which is a pretty spot beyond doubt worth taking a look at. Can’t wait to get out in nature, if you happen to be in Gem County of Idaho, Recompense Trail is a great local trail for doing a bit of leg stretching.
The warmest time of the year brings highs in the 90's to Recompense Trail. Once the sun is down it sinks down to the 50's. Highs
    during the wintertime are typically in the 30's with temperatures at Recompense Trail dipping down into the 10's during winter nights. You just can't imagine the amount of outdoors enjoyable things the Salmon River Mountains has to offer. In case you don’t have a problem getting
drenched, you can always go whitewater paddling on Payette River - North Fork. There's so much to do here at Recompense Trail that you need to camp here for a while, Sage Hen Campground is a brilliant site for that.
Many miles from the nearest city you have Recompense Trail and hiking is such a fun thing to do and this is a great place to do that. Whitewater paddling is great on Payette River. You'll need more than a day to look at everything Recompense Trail has to offer, you can camp at Hollywood Point Campground. Recompense Trail is frequently a relatively dried up location; most of the rain falls through November, and July is the month with the least moisture.
