There are many hiking trails in the Salmon River Mountains, it's a great hiking area. Singheiser Trail is a very long way away from civilization and if you're looking for a good place to go hiking this is a good choice. If you come at the right time of year, Panther Creek offers some nice whitewater; don't forget to take a tremendous little tour to Weasel Creek. You'll in fact wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the amusing stuff in the Salmon River Mountains. A brilliant location to camp here at Singheiser     Trail is Blowfly Campground, and get yourself into a kayak and hit Salmon River. Finally, hiking time is here again, and Singheiser Trail in Lemhi County, Idaho is such a great place. Not much rainfall falls here at Singheiser Trail; June is when you get the most rain here, and the driest month is February. Summertime brings highs in the 80's to Singheiser Trail, and through the night it cools down to the 40's. For the period of the winter the highs are regularly in the 20's with winter lows in the 0's overnight here at Singheiser Trail.
