  South Fork Buckhorn Trail is a very long way away from civilization and hiking along this trail is very enjoyable. With so many outdoors activities available in Idaho you'll never get bored. There are many wonderful hiking trails in the Salmon River Mountains, there's no better way to enjoy these mountains.
Summertime highs at South Fork Buckhorn Trail usually tend to be in the 80's; during summer nights temperatures are in the 40's. Daytime highs all through the winter are in the 30's, and nighttime lows during the winter for South Fork Buckhorn
    Trail tend to be in the 10's. There's so much to do here at South Fork Buckhorn Trail that you need to camp here for a while, Kennally Creek Campground is a wonderful site for that; Cougar Saddle is another magnificent location to explore close by. That right there is lots of enjoyable
things already but it goes on, the Salmon River Mountains has it all. Hot Spring is an inspiring site to go to while here; in the event that you don't mind getting dripping wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Salmon River - South Fork.
This river is always fun. If you came to camp Buckhorn Bar Campground is a tremendous place to do that, and Salmon River - South Fork is a splendid whitewater spot close by. Time to get out and breathe some fresh air, and South Fork Buckhorn Trail in Valley County, Idaho is a perfect place for getting out.
 
From a precipitation point of view South Fork Buckhorn Trail is a rather common spot; of all the months in a year January is the one with the most snow, and July is when it's the driest.
