  There are many hiking trails in the Salmon River Mountains, it's a great hiking area. Outdoors people generally like this part of Idaho. There are some great whitewater spots on Panther Creek, and a visit to Ouzel Rapids will fill your spirit with good feelings. At Stoddard Trail you don’t see much rainfall; of all the months in a year June is the one with the most rain while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation.
Hitting the trails is always a fun thing to do and Stoddard Trail in Idaho County, Idaho is the outdoors at it's
    best. Stoddard Creek is a stream that you may bump into while here; do put some time aside to spend at Hancock Rapids since you're here at Stoddard Trail.
Reese Creek flows through this region, and camping is available at Cache Bar Campground. Stoddard Trail being so far away
from the nearest city hiking along this trail is very enjoyable. You completely ought to go for the Salmon River Mountains. If you came for an overnight stay Parrot Placer Campground is a splendid site to camp, and if you come at the right time of year, Monumental Creek offers some fine whitewater.
