Hiking trails are all over the Salmon River Mountains, it's a great hiking area. So much cool stuff in the Salmon River Mountains, just remarkable. Stay the night at Picnic Point Campground, and get covered with water paddling on Johnson Creek.
Blue Point Campground is a glorious campground here, and hey, Cupp Creek is a glorious local stream. Throughout the long summer days, highs commonly |
are in the 90's at Telephone Ridge Trail. During the moonlight hours it's regularly in the 40's. Daytime highs through the wintertime are in the 30's with winter lows in the 10's overnight here at Telephone Ridge Trail.
Telephone Ridge Trail is in a quite desolate area and
| hiking is such a fun thing to do and this is a great place to do that. Yellow Jacket Creek is a nice place to visit, and paddling on Salmon River - South Fork is so much fun.
