Gotta get out of the city man, and Trego Point Trail in Shoshone County, Idaho is just the place. Trego Point Trail is quite far from the nearest urban center and hiking along this trail is very enjoyable. Outdoors people generally like this part of Idaho.

more entertaining things to do in the Bitterroot Range. Getting to Setzer Creek from Trego Point Trail is trouble-free, and Squaw Creek Campground is a great campground here.
In case you don’t mind getting wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on St. Joe River - North
| Fork, and you can stay the night at Packsaddle Campground. This is a really good river. Whitewater paddling is great on St. Joe River - Skookum Canyon. During the summer highs here at Trego Point Trail get into the 80's, and the overnight is a little cooler of course, regularly in the 50's. Through the winter highs are commonly in the 30's, and after the sun is down through the winter temperatures at Trego Point Trail plunge into the 20's.
