Johnson Creek has a delightful whitewater paddling spot close by, and if you're looking for some flowing water? Try Tyndall Creek. All through the months of summer at Tyndall Ridge Drive highs are frequently in the 90's. For the period of the moonlight hours it's mostly in the 40's. Daytime highs through the winter are in the 30's with winter lows in the 10's overnight here at Tyndall Ridge Drive.

is pretty dry commonly; all through the month of January you get the most snow around here, and July meanwhile is the driest month. Idaho is a great place for hikers. Stay the night at Blue Point Campground; whitewater paddling is nice on Salmon River - South Fork.

There's so much to do here at Tyndall Ridge Drive that you need to camp here for a while, Pen Basin Campground is a magnificent place for that, and Tyndall Meadows is a good place. Tyndall Ridge Drive being so far away from the nearest city hiking is such a fun thing to do and this is a great place to do that. There are many wonderful hiking trails in the Salmon River Mountains where beautiful scenery awaits you.
