  With so many outdoors activities available in Idaho you'll never get bored. Pretty far from Boise City-Nampa you find Wild Buck Trail but it is one of many great trails in this area. Hiking trails are all over the Salmon River Mountains, there's no better way to enjoy these mountains.
When was the last time you got out in nature a bit? Wild Buck Trail in Valley County, Idaho is the outdoors at it's best. Johnson Creek has a delightful whitewater paddling spot
    close by, and needless to say Deer Creek flows through this vicinity. You'll truly wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the fun things in the Salmon River Mountains. Barneys Park Campground is a magnificent campground nearby,
and a quick trip to Goat Creek is absolutely a magnificent idea. Fir Springs Campground is a tremendous local campground, and in case you donít mind getting drenched, you can always go whitewater paddling on Deadwood River. Wild Buck Trail is a location that is quite dried out commonly. The wettest month of the year is mostly January, that's the one that snows the most, and the driest month is July. At Wild Buck Trail all through the summer months highs are in  
the 90's. All through the moonlight hours it's mostly in the 40's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 30's, and overnight lows at Wild Buck Trail through the wintertime generally sink into the 10's.
