  You'll have to go far from Corbin to get to Nathan McClure Trail but it is a really good trail. When was the last time you got out in nature a bit? Nathan McClure Trail in Pulaski County, Kentucky is the outdoors at it's best. There's whitewater on Laurel River for all you adrenaline junkies; don't forget to take a splendid little journey to Bear Creek.
In the Cumberland Plateau Mountains you'll find lots of hiking trails, it's a great hiking area. Nathan McClure Trail is a wet place that gets much precipitation; throughout the month of May you get the
    most rain around here; the driest of the months is October. The warmest time of the year brings highs in the 80's to Nathan McClure Trail. Through the dark hours of summer temperatures drop down into the 60's. For the period of the winter highs are in the 40's with winter lows
