Put on your hiking shoes and hit the trail, if you happen to be in Pulaski County of Kentucky, Nathan McClure Trail is a great local trail for doing a bit of leg stretching.
A pleasant place for whitewater paddling near Nathan McClure Trail is Laurel River; you can stay the night at Rockcastle Campground. For the duration of the summer months, highs usually
