If you come at the right time of year, Westfield River offers some great whitewater, and if you came to camp     Sodom Mountain Campground is a splendid place to do that. The high level of precipitation makes Link Trail a pretty wet place; August is the wettest month with most rain; the driest of the months is January. Woronoco Mills Dam is a place that is close to Link Trail, and a quick visit to Pond Brook is positively a fine idea. For the duration of the warmest time of the year at Link Trail highs are typically in the 80's; through summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. High temperatures through the winter are normally in the 30's with temperatures at Link Trail dipping down into the 0's during winter nights.
