| | Maryland is a great outdoors state. During the days of summer highs here at Left Trail get into the 80's while overnight lows are commonly in the 60's. The winter brings highs down to the 40's, and overnight lows at Left Trail during the wintertime typically plunge into the 20's. Visiting Fort Washington Park is just something you need to do if you haven't yet, and camping is available at Duncan's Family Campground.

| State Forest, and it's a tremendous idea to explore Wolf Den Branch. Left Trail sees pretty high levels of rain; the month with most of the rain is August, and February meanwhile is the driest month. Be careful coming to Left Trail, you might not ever want to go home again.
