  Arnold Trail is very far from the nearest big city and hiking it is great fun any time. Maine is a great place for hikers. We all need to get out in nature once in a while and Arnold Trail in Franklin County, Maine is such a great place. Camping is available at Cathedral Pines Camping Area, and why not explore close by Massachusetts Bog Stream while you're here at Arnold Trail.
High temperatures at Arnold Trail through the summertime months are in the 70's while overnight lows are generally in the 50's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 20's
    while Arnold Trail nighttime low temperatures all through the winter are in the-10's. Arnold Trail usually gets much rain; the wettest month of the year is ordinarily August, that's the one that rains the most; February meanwhile is the driest month.
There are some good whitewater
spots on Dead River - North Branch; you don’t have to go far from Arnold Trail to catch a glimpse of the water at Arnold Pond Inlet Dam. Why not camp at Cupsuptic Campground while you're here at Arnold Trail, and there's whitewater on Kennebago River for all you adrenaline junkies.
