Bemis Trail

  If you are in Maine during hiking season you have to go hiking. Hey, time for a hike donít you think? Bemis Trail in Franklin County, Maine is a great place to go. Bemis Trail is a trail quite far from Lewiston-Auburn but it sure is a nice trail. There are many hiking trails in the White Mountains, it's a great hiking area.
Visit Bemis Stream while you're here at Bemis Trail, and Bemis Trail is close to Rangeley Lake State Park which is a charming place.
    Whohoo, so many fun things in one place! The White Mountains is so good! Black Brook Cove Campground is a splendid campground nearby, and get yourself into a kayak and hit Black Brook. During your spree to Bemis Trail you'll meet
some folks from Oquossoc for sure, and you can stay the night at North Camps. If you come at the right time of year, Dead River - South Branch offers some fine whitewater. Toothaker Brook is a lovely stream that is worth going to. All through the summertime months, highs frequently are in the 70's at Bemis Trail. During the dark hours of summer temperatures drop down into the 50's. High temperatures throughout the winter are normally in the 20's with winter  
lows in the-10's overnight here at Bemis Trail. Bemis Trail gets a common amount of rain. The wettest month of the year is usually August, that's the one that rains the most, and February is the month with the least moisture.
