Birch Spring Trail

  Time to get out and breathe some fresh air, and Birch Spring Trail in Hancock County, Maine is a perfect place for getting out. Maine is a good place for outdoors people. A long drive separates Bangor from Birch Spring Trail, but hiking along this trail is very enjoyable. Beaches are good; and Hunters Beach close to Birch Spring Trail is no exception, and a trip to Lamoine State Park invigorates the soul. Gilmore Meadow is a pleasant place. There's so much
    to do here at Birch Spring Trail that you need to camp here for a while, Mt Desert Campground is a perfect spot for that. Why not pop by Hadlock Upper Dam if you're here, and Acadia National Park is a nice site nearby. Here at Birch
Spring Trail you'll perhaps meet some people from Northeast Harbor, and let's not forget Little Harbor Brook which is a stream that you may run into during your stay. Man, is there a heap of cool things to do near Birch Spring Trail. A short tour to Maple Spring is always worthwhile; Amphitheater Valley is a good spot to check out. Birch Spring is a gorgeous place to explore while you're at Birch Spring Trail, and you can stay the night at Camp Store. Taking a  
little visit to close by Tumbledown Cove is a tremendous idea; a day at Echo Lake Beach is time well spent. Drift down the rapids of Union River in a kayak, and needless to say Chasm Brook flows through this area. If only every location had this much outdoors amusing stuff, what a great globe it would be.
