  Maine is a good place for outdoors people.
Blackwoods Campground is a pleasant campground here, and an exciting thing to visit in the neighborhood of Canon Brook Trail is The Tarn Dam. For the duration of the warm months highs here at Canon Brook Trail get into the 70's. During the dark hours of summer temperatures sink down into the 50's. Daytime highs during the wintertime are in the 30's, and through the dark hours in the wintertime at Canon Brook Trail temperatures fall to the 10's. This is a great river. Whitewater paddling is great on Union River;
    why not stop at close by Otter Creek if you're here at Canon Brook Trail.
Some glorious nature is available in The Black Woods, and a short trip to Sieur de Monts Spring is always worthwhile. Don't forget to take a perfect little spree to Canon Brook, and if you want to hit
the beach, Sand Beach is nearby. Yeah, come here to Canon Brook Trail for a good time. All our national parks are tremendous locations to have a look at, and Acadia National Park is no exception, and Triad Pass is also a magnificent site to look at.
This is such a fun river. Stay the night at Mt. Desert Narrows Camping Resort, and you must certainly take a look at pretty Hunters Beach if you're here. The high level of rain makes Canon Brook Trail a pretty wet location; November is the wettest month with most rain, and the driest of the months is August. Paddling on Branch Lake Stream is so much fun, and The Featherbed is a delightful location to stretch your legs a bit.
