You can't spend all your time indoors you need to get out once in a while and Chimney Trail in Franklin County, Maine is just the place. The annual rainfall here at Chimney Trail is about average; throughout August this area sees the most rain; February on the other hand is the driest.
Why not camp at Dummer's Beach since you're here at Chimney Trail. High temperatures at Chimney Trail during the days of summer are in the 70's. During the dark |

Far from civilization you find Chimney Trail and hiking is such a fun thing to do and this is a great place to do that. Chimney Trail is in the neighborhood of Byron Notch which is beyond doubt worth a visit, and a good spot for whitewater paddling is Sandy River.
