A large amount of precipitation falls at Gorge Path; the wettest month of the year is generally November, that's the one that rains the most, and the driest of the months is August. A short trip to Sieur de Monts Spring is always worthwhile, and Sand Beach is pretty nearby if you're in a beach type of mood. This river is so good. Paddling on Branch Lake Stream is so much fun. For the duration of the   warm days of summer here at Gorge Path, high temperatures commonly get into the 70's, and the night is fairly chillier of course, regularly in the 50's. Highs throughout the wintertime are frequently in the 30's while the cold winter nights at Gorge Path are in the 10's.
