  Hemlock Trail is very far from the nearest big city and trails like these are great. While visiting this area in Maine it's a good idea to go hiking too. Can’t wait to get out in nature, Hemlock Trail in Hancock County, Maine is a great place to go. You can run the rapids of Branch Lake Stream near Hemlock Trail, and you can stay the night at Mt. Desert Narrows Camping Resort.
You'll need more than a day to discover everything Hemlock Trail has to offer, you can camp at Bar Harbor Campground, and during your stay here do go to close by Sand Beach.
    You can take a little tour to The Tarn Dam if you're here at Hemlock Trail, and if you haven’t been to Acadia National Park, you have to schedule some time for it since you're here. The high level of rain makes Hemlock Trail a pretty wet place; throughout November this area sees
the most rain, and August is the month with the least moisture.
Spend the day on the beach at Hunters Beach since you're here at Hemlock Trail, and a short spree to Sieur de Monts Spring is always worthwhile. Don't forget to explore Uncle Steves Point if you're here at Hemlock Trail, and obviously Eddie Brook flows through this area.

Throughout the winter highs are mostly in the 30's with winter lows in the 10's overnight here at Hemlock Trail.
