McFarland Hill Trail

  A long drive separates Bangor from McFarland Hill Trail, but hiking it is great fun any time. You can't spend all your time indoors you need to get out once in a while and McFarland Hill Trail in Hancock County, Maine is just what you need. Hiking here in Maine is a must. Whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then we recommend Union River. Marlboro Beach is right next door to McFarland Hill Trail and is a beautiful beach to stop by, and
    do set aside some time for Gilmore Meadow since you're here at McFarland Hill Trail. There's so much to do here at McFarland Hill Trail that you need to camp here for a while, Camp Store is a delightful site for that. You're sure
to come across some wonderful people from Salsbury Cove here; since you're here, you could check out Chasm Brook. A trip to Lamoine State Park when you're here at McFarland Hill Trail is a wonderful idea; Fern Spring is an inspiring place to stop at during your stay. You just can't envision the amount of outdoors cool stuff the area in the neighborhood of McFarland Hill Trail has to offer. On a wonderful day you can pop by Lamoine Beach near McFarland Hill Trail,  
and unsurprisingly Richardson Brook flows through this region. Very pleasant water scenery is available at Eagle Lake Dam near McFarland Hill Trail. If you came to camp Mt Desert Campground is a good site to do that, and visiting Acadia National Park is just something you need to do if you haven't yet.
