  Because Milrose Trail is very far from civilization when you spend some time hiking here you will feel like a whole new person. You just can't imagine the amount of outdoors exciting things the area right next door to Milrose Trail has to offer. Camping is available at North Camps, and Rangeley River is one of the streams nearby that might be worth taking a look at.
There are many hiking trails in the White Mountains where you can absorb the beauty of these mountains. Just can't get enough of the White Mountains. Whitewater paddling is not for everyone
    but if it's for you then we recommend Black Brook, and why not camp at Cupsuptic Campground if you're here at Milrose Trail. Milrose Trail is a wet place that gets a large amount of precipitation; August is the wettest month with most rain; February is when it's the driest.
Spots Point is not far from Milrose Trail at all; not far from Milrose Trail you acquire some perfect water scenery at Rangeley Lake Dam. Through the warmest time of the year at Milrose Trail highs are typically in the 70's, and during summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. Through the winter highs are mostly in the 20's, and night lows through the winter for Milrose Trail tend to be in the-10's. There are some pleasant whitewater spots on Kennebago River; some close by water includes Kennebago River.
