| | Because Old Spring Trail is very far from civilization it is a good trail. Hiking here in Maine is a must. A tour to Acadia National Park is worthwhile, and unsurprisingly Duck Pond Brook is a pretty stream that is worth checking out. If you don’t have a problem getting drenched, you can always go whitewater paddling on Blue Hill Falls; a glorious place to camp here at Old Spring Trail is White Birches Campground.
