  When was the last time you got out in nature a bit? Perpendicular Trail in Hancock County, Maine is the outdoors at it's best. If you came to camp Smuggler's Den Campground is a wonderful place to do that; time spent at Echo Lake Beach is always good. Don't forget to have a look at Carter Cove while you're here at Perpendicular Trail, and Acadia National Park is a nice local destination.
Get wet paddling on Union River, and Lurvey Spring is a gorgeous place to have a look at while you're at Perpendicular Trail. Drift down the rapids of Blue Hill Falls
    in a kayak; on a delightful day you can stop at Cobble Beach.
All the outdoors cool things near Perpendicular Trail will keep you coming back repeatedly. If you're here at Perpendicular Trail, you could stop at Heath Brook, and a nice spot nearby is Great Notch. Through the
days of summer at Perpendicular Trail temperatures are frequently in the 70's. During the dark hours of summer temperatures fall down into the 50's. All through the winter highs are in the 30's, and after the sun is down through the winter temperatures at Perpendicular Trail plunge into the 10's.
