Precipice Trail

It's a long drive from Bangor to Precipice Trail but hiking it is always fun. While visiting this area in Maine it's a good idea to go hiking too. One of the best things about Precipice Trail is its proximity to Sand Beach, and at Precipice Trail you always meet someone from Bar Harbor. The Tarn Dam is delightful and it's near Precipice Trail, and you have to take a look at Dorr Point when you're here. If you havenít been to Acadia National Park, you must schedule
some time for it since you're here. If you would like a little side trip, try Newport Ledge; a fine place to camp here at Precipice Trail is Hadley's Point Campground. Cromwell Brook is a great site to pop by, and Precipice Trail
is good enough to spend more than a day at, Mt. Desert Narrows Camping Resort is a good local campground. What a site this is for outdoors people. Drift down the rapids of Union River in a kayak; hey, Bear Brook is a tremendous local stream. Spend the day on the beach at Hunters Beach since you're here at Precipice Trail; a tour to Lamoine State Park revives the soul. Sieur de Monts Spring is a lovely place to go to while you're at Precipice Trail. Precipice Trail
typically gets a great deal of rainfall. The wettest month of the year is ordinarily November, that's the one that rains the most; the driest of the months is August. Throughout the summer, highs mostly are in the 70's at Precipice Trail.
