  Because Telephone Trail is very far from civilization it sure is a nice trail. Telephone Trail is a good site of common precipitation; the wettest month of the year is generally July, that's the one that rains the most; the driest month is February. If you're here at Telephone Trail, do take a tour to Moose Cove, and get yourself into a kayak and hit Nahmakanta Stream.
Summer at Telephone Trail arrives with high temperatures in the 70's. Summer night lows plunge down to the 50's. Daytime highs through the winter are in the 20's, and after the sun
    is down during the winter temperatures at Telephone Trail dip into the-10's. We all need to get out in nature once in a while and Telephone Trail in Piscataquis County, Maine is just what you need. If you came for an overnight stay Big Moose Campground is a tremendous location
to camp, and if you come at the right time of year, Nesowadnehunk Stream offers some glorious whitewater.
Chimney Pond Campground is a good campground nearby.
