  Valley Cove Trail is very far from the nearest big city and it's one of those places where hiking is great. The high level of rainfall makes Valley Cove Trail a pretty wet location; most of the rain falls throughout November, and August is when it's the driest. Cobble Beach is in close proximity to Valley Cove Trail and is a delightful beach to check out; since you're here, you might as well visit Fernald Rock.
On a delightful day you can have a look at Echo Lake Beach near Valley Cove Trail, and in case you don’t have a problem getting dripping
    wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Branch Lake Stream. Smuggler's Den Campground is a brilliant campground nearby, and Norwood Cove Dam has great water scenery. Union River is a great whitewater spot near Valley Cove Trail, and since you're here, you could explore Hadlock
Brook.
Not enough hours in a day to enjoy this place. A tour to Acadia National Park is recommended; Man O'War Brook Falls is a wonderful place to go to while you're at Valley Cove Trail. Why not stop at close by Man of War Brook if you're here at Valley Cove Trail, and a short spree to Jesuit Spring is always worthwhile. The warmest time of the year at Valley Cove Trail arrives with high temperatures in the 70's, and all through summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. Daytime highs all through the wintertime are in the 30's; after the sun is down
 
during the wintertime temperatures at Valley Cove Trail sink into the 10's.
A spree to Valley Cove close to Valley Cove Trail is always a magnificent idea, and you can stay the night at Camp Store.
