| | No chance of getting bored in Montana if you like the outdoors. From a rain point of view Alpine Trail is a relatively common spot; November is when you get the most rain here while July is the month with the least amount of precipitation. High temperatures at Alpine Trail during the days of summer are in the 80's; the nighttime is a tad colder of course, usually in the 50's. The winter brings highs down to the 20's while the cold winter nights at Alpine Trail are in the 10's.

for a nice visit, Glacier National Park is quite near. You'll have to go far from Kalispell to get to Alpine Trail but if you're looking for a good place to go hiking this is a good choice. If you came for an overnight stay Lost Johnny Campground is a magnificent place to camp;
| if you're here at Alpine Trail it's a fine idea to stop at Otila Basin.
In the Lewis Range you'll find lots of hiking trails, it's a great hiking area. If you want a nice time in the great outdoors just come on up to the Lewis Range. Paddling on Swan River is so much fun, and Alpine Trail is a place with many visitors from Kalispell. Can’t wait to get out in nature, Alpine Trail in Flathead County, Montana is the outdoors at it's best.
