| | This part of Montana has a great deal of available outdoors activities. In the Lewis Range you'll find lots of hiking trails, it's a great hiking area. Alpine Trail is a trail quite far from Kalispell but it is a good trail. During the summertime at Alpine Trail highs are mostly in the 80's. All through the dark hours of summer temperatures plunge down into the 50's. Highs all through the winter are typically in the 20's; winter nights come with lows in the 10's to Alpine Trail.
