ummm.... the Bangtails are a different mountain range than Big Belts, or is this supposed to be ''Bangtail TO Big Belt Mountains?'' And neither of those ranges are in gallatin County?

| | Ok, you've been cooped up too long, time to get out in nature a bit and Bangtail Trail in Gallatin County, Montana is such a great place. Hiking trails like this one are plentyful in the Big Belt Mountains where beautiful scenery awaits you. Bangtail Trail being so far away from the nearest city it is a great escape from the city.
A visit to Montana is not complete without some hiking. Moody Creek is a great site to go to, and Battle Ridge Campground is a tremendous campground nearby. Through the days of summer highs here at Bangtail Trail reach the |
80's. Through the dark hours of summer temperatures sink down into the 50's. High temperatures throughout the winter are normally in the 30's, and winter nights come with lows in the 10's to Bangtail Trail.
