Blacktail Creek Trail gets very little rainfall; most of the rain falls throughout May; the driest month of the year is February. All the outdoors exciting things in the Lewis Range will keep you coming back again and again. Whitewater paddling is pleasant on Falls Creek, and a good site to camp here at Blacktail Creek Trail is Copper Creek Campground.
